While there is no need to return the damaged item, we do require photos of the damaged or incorrect product as part of our verification process. • Change of Mind:
  If, for any reason, you find the item is not suitable, please contact us promptly and return it within our 7-day return window. Please note that we cannot offer refunds beyond 7 days from the delivery date of your purchase, and return shipping costs are not covered by us.

Refund or Replacement:
Upon verifying the issue, we offer the following options:

• Full Refund for Damaged or Incorrect Items: We will process a full refund to the original payment method for the purchase price.
• Replacement for Damaged or Incorrect Items: We will send you a replacement item at no additional cost.
• Store Credit: If you change your mind about your purchase, we will issue store credit for future purchases.
• No refunds or exchange on clearance items / final sales and Accessories.
• All products delivered outside of Canada are considered FINAL SALES and can not be refunded or exchanged.
